The Frozen Heart

You raise Starlight and strike the ice. Crack! It splinters, but the water is still frozen. You try again, and a small crack appears. The Nixie touches it, and warm golden light pulses through the ice. The stream begins to flow again.

The Nixie gives you a shimmering scale from her tail. It will glow when you are close to great magic. She tells you to follow the stream north towards the Misty Peaks.
